You should subscribe to the or-announce list
(http://archives.seul.org/or/announce/) to keep informed of new versions
as they come out. The or-dev list (/or/dev/) is slightly noiser, but
is for development discussions. The or-talk list (/or/talk/) is where
much of the discussion happens, and it's where prereleases and release
candidates are announced.
