Hi,

this is to announce that a new tor server is running on host
xbox.winstonsmith.info .

Node fingerprint:

The server is currently configured as pure middleman exit policy and
connected to a 6Mbit/s downstream, 640kbit/s upstream  max. DSL. The
starting bandwith configuration parameters are as follows (obviously
subject to change):

BandwidthRate 40 kb
BandwidthBurst 1 mb
