Hi all,

I finally succeed in compiling IPC extension against TB 3.x. I added the
compiled ipc to a "components/" dir so that mixgui (ideally) does not
need enigmail anymore. According to the tests I run it works.

There are still things to be adapted to the new TB layout (mainly the
tabs layout) but it does not seem to be so difficult.

I still have to test what happens when ipc is already installed on the
working TB but, again, is should be just a matter of properly
registering our own version into TB.

I'll upload changes on GitHub as soon as I can, at the moment I am a bit
confused about commits with git.
