Hi list,

here attached a new version of the TB extension which allows to reply to
messages using theirs attached surbs.

Few details about the changes:
	
	- the bunch of mixminion buttons in the toolbars ("MixSend",
"MixDecode" and so on) have been replaced by a single button
("Mixminion") with a set of menuitems to access each available
functionality in the given window (e.g. in the compose window you can
send an anonymous message or reply using a surb from the incoming
message or inspect a surb in such a message, if any). I hope this
improves the look and usability.

	- when the user opens a message with a surb in its body, he has now the
opportunity to reply to it using such a surb. As I said in a previous
message, the composition of the reply gave me a lot of problems and it
is still not perfect because of a bug in my TB release. The attached
version does not disable menuitems when they do not apply (e.g. you can
not inspect a surb if there is no surb to be inspected, but the
mechanism to disable the "Inspect SURB" item is affected by the bug
above). I'll try to figure out how to make it work with Luigi and
whoever is willing.


As usual, any feedback is welcome.

Luigi, to avoid confusion in the list, I'll privately send you the
version to be tested.
