[Mixminion-it] Problems with surbs

Hi all,

doing tests with Luigi I got this error when trying to create a surb

Mixminion version 0.0.8alpha3

The servers available at the moment are:

cypher:mbox relay frag  (ok)
emmanuel:relay  (ok)
hermetix:mbox relay     (ok)
paranion:mbox smtp relay        (ok)
xbox:smtp relay frag    (not recommended)

Has there been any problem in mantaining the servers? I may be wrong but
they looks like just a part of the ones available one month ago.

A few updates about the tests on the extensions carried on with Luigi.
It turned out that the extension works fine with enigmail 0.95.7 but
with enigmail 0.96.0 is not able to run mixminion at all. I guess next
step is to make it independent from enigmail as much as possible.
