Sorry guys,

the last extension I sent does not remove temp files generated when a
message is decoded so, if you run it, you will find a bunch of such
files in the mozilla user folder.

Here attached the fixed version. Despite to the .xpi suffix it is just a
simple zip file containing all the source code for the extension.
