Probabilmente l'analisi di Simone era di carattere statistico e
comportamentale.

Se una persona usa di default cifratura e firma, applicherà la firma in
tutte le email spedite verso un indirizzo per cui non ha la chiave pubblica.

Ad esempio, una mailing list.

Probabilmente dentro di se ha fatto quest'equazione, e vedendo poche
persone (poche, ... comunque molte più della media! :) firmare le
proprie email, ha immaginato/dedotto che siano anche pochi quelli che
usano gpg come default per ogni cosa.
