Non libera mi dici?
Mi pare alquanto strano visto che e' utilizzata su www.gnu.org, su 
www.fsfeurope.org e via dicendo.

Cmq libera o no comprendo che e' differente dalla GPL 2 quindi sto 
cambiando.
