[e-privacy] Problema di criptazione

Sto cercando di criptare un messaggio per un destinatario
che ha una chiave RSA da 3072 bit con una subchiave RSA

Uso evolution con gpg cosi' configurato:

Compression: Uncompressed, ZIP, ZLIB, BZIP2

il messaggio di errore (anonimizzato) che ottengo da evolution e'

quello se uso direttamente gpg e'

gpg: xxxx@: skipped: unusable public key
gpg: [stdin]: encryption failed: unusable public key


Non riesco a capire i messaggi.  Qualcuno puo' aiutarmi ?
