Candidly speaking , I know that this mail will surprise you very much . By due recommendation and acknowledgement of your person as an honest , reliable and trustful person . I most respectfully beg to write to request your assistance  as our family's trusted investment adviser/partner/fund manager . We do humbly and sincerely request your assist over this issue of absolute confidentiality . 

My name is Alhajah Sharifat Umar , the wife of  Alhaji  Dr. Yerima  Umar , a citizen of the Republic of Sierra-Leone in West-Africa . My husband  Alhaji  Dr. Yerima Umar  of Sierra-Leone . Due to  the  Political  turmoil  , situations and sanctions on us as a result of his political decisions as the opposition leader and  Muslim fundermentalist  group leader in our country . All our assets overseas were all freezed up and still lots of sanctions on us as you might have seen , heard and read all over the whole world today . We are very much afraid that all our fortunes would be seized .  Coupled with the latest decision of the Government to prosecute him as a war criminal because of his activities during the civilian war in Sierra-Leone which devastated the entire Country . On that note , my husband  directed me to most humbly beg for your kindest assistances . 

Prior to these sanctions, My husband had already deposited the sum (US$27.500.000.00) Twenty-seven million , Five hundred thousand dollars as a family trust account through a finance and security company based in Johannesburg to be reclaimed in Amsterdam . We have ensured all transfer arrangements in line with normal banking practice and the remittance advice has been obtained from one of the banks in Holland . It becomes paramount that the sanctions and freezing of all our assets worldwide would not allow us to operate any bank accounts in our family name as that would equally affect the family fortunes in a great measure.  I therefore request your assistance in providing the needed accounts or ideas through which this fund would be transfered into any of your nominated account without mentions / traces of the family name , as he adviced me . 

Upon your acceptance of this humble request , you would be expected to arrive in Amsterdam to open a non residential account for the transfer of the funds soonest it is requested from this finance and security firm.    And to assist us to make investments with this funds , to which you will be entitled to a 25% of all investment profits. Totally , you will be entitled to 25% of this fund (total sum) for your assistances , while 7.5% of this fund will be set aside to cover all eventual expenses that could be incurred in this transaction . The rest 68.5% will be kept for investment purposes in your country on our behalf . 

I finally re-assure you that there is no inherent risk of your assistances in this transaction and do urge you to treat this with all utmost confidentiality as the lives / hopes of my family depends on this fund now .
