Ciao a tutti.

Vorrei        segnalarvi    Privaterra  (http://privaterra.cpsr.org/),
un'iniziativa  di Computer  Professionals  for Social  Rensponsibility
(CPSR, http://www.cpsr.org/).   Lo  scopo di Privaterra e`  di aiutare
gli individui,  le agenzie  e le associazioni  non governative   ed in
generale  chi  opera nel  campo  delle tutela   dei  diritti  umani  a
utilizzare in modo efficace ed efficiente (e in alcuni casi proprio ad
utilizzare `tout court') tecnologie volte alla tutela della privacy.

E` inutile dire che mentre qui da noi la privacy  e` spesso una tutela
contro spammatori e markettari, in alcuni paesi e` la linea di confine
che protegge dall'arresto, la tortura, la morte.

About Privaterra

Our  Mission: Our mission is  to  be a  force  protecting human rights
workers throughout the world by  offering and implementing privacy and
security technology, technological education, and  support. We do this
to help ensure that these workers have the  ability to communicate and
conduct  their  activities in greater   safety against  the dangers of
spying eyes  and ears that   may limit their  effectiveness,  infringe
their rights, and endanger their lives.

Our   History:   Privaterra was    formally  established   in December
2001.   However, members  of  the  group have conducted   over a dozen

was  formed from  a group of   like-minded individuals  devoted to the

    * Soliciting donations to try to meet these needs with hardware

      security for both public use and to help fulfill our mandate

Sono in contatto con Robert Guerra, uno dei fondatori e delle anime di
Privaterra.  Al   momento Privaterra    ha  un'urgente necessita`   di
traduttori  dall'inglese  e di   programmatori  PHP/MySQL.  In   linea
generale, c'e` bisogno di persone che se ne intendano di crittografia,
sicurezza,  e-privacy e che aiutino come   consulenti sia off-site che
on-site.
