[Pws] reporting for receipt for e-privacy conference in Venice

Hello Mortiz and Martin,

i just checked out that we got the approval for our Micro Grant of eur 1750
for the management of the e-privacy events we'll be having in 2 weeks time
in Venice (http://e-privacy.winstonsmith.org/) .

I wanted to ask you how we should does the reporting for receipts and
expenses for that micro grant, whenever to collect all receipts and
reimbursement photos/scanning, or to send you a report with a single
receipt from Hermes Center along with a spreadsheet of expenses and who got
reimbursed for what?

I mean, which level of detail is required/useful/reasonable for the grant
accounting/reporting?
